About the Role:
The Solutions Operations Coordinator will provide day-to-day operational support to Wiley’s Editorial Management Solutions team within Research Publishing. The role involves coordinating communications, maintaining feedback repositories, organising meetings and shared workspaces, tracking pilots and releases, and supporting key operational projects.
This position requires excellent organisational and communication skills, solid attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple trackers and follow up proactively with stakeholders. The role will collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to ensure information, documentation,
and operational activities remain organised and progress through to completion.
How you will make an impact:
• Support team communications and resource navigation, including coordinating newsletters and helping stakeholders understand how existing resources fit together.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain shared workspaces, including collating agendas, managing Teams spaces, and following up on agreed actions.
• Maintain the feedback repository and support interim integrity reporting to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
• Maintain registers for pilots and limited releases, tracking activities through to completion and coordinating configuration and rollout activities with relevant teams.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure actions related to pilots and limited releases are completed on time.
• Provide operational support to manager-led screening projects, including collating materials, maintaining
