Job Description – Field Executive

The Bhaarath Depot is looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Executives to drive MSME onboarding and business development in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit MSMEs, manufacturing units and business clusters to generate leads.
Explain The Bhaarath Depot platform and onboard eligible businesses.
Develop and maintain relationships with MSME owners and business stakeholders.
Identify current business prospects and follow up with potential customers.
Conduct regular field visits and achieve assigned onboarding targets.
Maintain daily activity, lead and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding and business operations.

Requirements:
Any degree.
1–2 years of field sales/business development experience preferred.
Positive communication skills, especially Telugu.
Knowledge of the local market and MSME ecosystem is an advantage.
Must have a two-wheeler and be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
Self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.

Salary: 4 LPA
Travel Allowance: Provided by the company
