Job Title: Business & P&L; Head (D2C Supplements)

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business & P&L; Head to lead DEAGE, a longevity and cellular‑health supplement brand under Pure Nutrition. This is a founder’s right‑hand role, responsible for driving revenue, profitability, and brand growth across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
Own full P&L; and deliver revenue targets.
Define 3‑year business strategy for India and international expansion.
Build operating plans, budgets, and dashboards.
Scale across D2C, marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart), contemporary trade, pharmacies, and clinics.
Drive international B2B via Alibaba and export partners.
Lead ATL/BTL, influencer, doctor, and digital campaigns.
Oversee product launches and new product development in longevity/anti‑aging categories.
Manage product lifecycle from ideation to commercialization.
Use data, CRM,



and community to build LTV and brand loyalty.

Ideal Candidate
9+ years of experience, including 3+ years as Business Head/GM.
Proven P&L; ownership in nutraceuticals, wellness, premium FMCG, or D2C health brands.
Track record of scaling a business to ₹100 Cr+ revenue.
Robust expertise in multi‑channel growth (D2C, e‑commerce, retail, wellness networks).
Brand‑building and marketing leadership (ATL, BTL, influencer, digital).
Experience in current product launches and portfolio management.
Deep understanding of longevity/anti‑aging consumer segment.
MBA preferred; Tier‑1 background a plus.
International/B2B export experience desirable.

Pay: Up to ₹4,000,000.00 per month
