Summary:
As a Data Modeler, a typical day involves collaborating closely with key business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects to develop and refine data models that accurately represent both current and future business needs. This role requires continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that data structures support organizational objectives effectively. The work includes analyzing existing data frameworks, identifying prospects for improvement,



and designing comprehensive data solutions that facilitate seamless data flow and integration across systems. The Data Modeler plays a vital role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation through detailed data modeling activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the development and maintenance of data models to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective data designs.
Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support in data modeling best practices and methodologies.
Continuously evaluate and improve data model
