Summary:
As a Deployment Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the Deployment Lead by coordinating various deployment activities. This includes organizing work plans, managing schedules, overseeing budgeting efforts, tracking key performance metrics, facilitating training sessions, conducting pilot programs, and ensuring the availability and allocation of necessary resources. The role requires close collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective deployment processes, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the deployment lifecycle.

Monitor deployment progress and proactively identify risks and mitigation plans.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
Robust understanding of SAP ABAP programming concepts and HANA database integration.
Experience in developing and optimizing SAP applications for HANA environments.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP ABAP and HANA.
