Key Responsibilities: (WORK FROM HOME )
Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers/vendors for electrical materials, testing instruments, and installation tools.
Coordinate with project and technical teams to understand material and equipment requirements.
Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotation), compare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
Monitor and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods at project sites.
Maintain and update purchase records, vendor databases, and related documentation.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
Coordinate with accounts and logistics teams for payment processing and shipment tracking.
Assist in cost control and budgeting for procurement-related activities.
Support audit and inventory processes as required.
