Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Kashaya Pura and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise the preparation and dispensing of Kashaya and other medicines as per prescriptions and standardized protocols.
Ensure proper availability, storage, and handling of medicines, raw materials, and consumables.
Maintain required stock, dosage, and departmental documentation.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with Doctors, Pharmacy, Stores, Purchase, and other departments for operational requirements.
Supervise Kashaya Pura staff and ensure proper allocation and execution of duties.
Monitor quality and identify issues related to stock, storage, expiry, or process compliance.
Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
Desired Candidate Profile
BAMS with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Ayurveda
Pharmacy Production, Quality Assurance, or Hospital PharmacyOperations.
Positive knowledge of Ayurvedic medicine preparation, documentation and quality practices.
Valuable coordination and team-handling skills.
