Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented IT Admin to manage day-to-day IT operations, maintain IT infrastructure, provide technical support to employees, and ensure the smooth functioning of hardware, software, network systems and user access.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain company laptops, desktops, printers and other IT equipment.
Install, configure and maintain operating systems, applications and essential software.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and system-related issues.
Provide first-level technical support to employees.
Assist employees with system setup, email configuration and access permissions.
Maintain and update IT asset inventory.
Manage IT asset allocation, tracking, maintenance and recovery during onboarding and offboarding.
Maintain documentation of IT assets, warranties, repairs and replacements.
Assist with LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and connectivity troubleshooting.
Manage user accounts, access permissions and password-related requests.
Support antivirus updates,



data backups and basic IT security practices.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
Maintain records of IT support requests, troubleshooting activities and resolutions.
Assist with IT procurement, vendor coordination and maintenance activities.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in IT Administration or IT Support.
Good understanding of computer hardware, software installation and troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and common business applications.
Understanding of networking concepts including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers and connectivity troubleshooting.
Knowledge of IT asset management and system maintenance.
Familiarity with user account management, access control and basic IT security.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple IT support requests and prioritize tasks.
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
