We are looking for a Junior Pre-Sales Consultant with hands-on experience in Zoho products and a strong interest in solution consulting, client interaction, and technology.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand client requirements, map them to suitable Zoho solutions, support product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and work closely with the sales and technical teams to move opportunities forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client business requirements and identify suitable Zoho solutions.

• Participate in requirement-gathering discussions with prospects and existing customers.

• Support the sales team in qualifying leads from a technical and solution perspective.

• Conduct Zoho product presentations and demonstrations based on client requirements.

• Assist in preparing solution proposals, scope documents, quotations, and presentations.





• Support project scoping and estimation activities under the guidance of senior consultants.

• Create customized demos and solution walkthroughs based on business use cases.

• Assist in preparing and delivering Proof of Concepts (POCs).

• Respond to technical and product-related questions from prospects and customers.

• Follow up with prospects through email and calls and maintain accurate chance updates in the CRM.

• Work closely with the Sales, Business Analysis, and Technical/Implementation teams to ensure smooth handover of requirements.

• Coordinate with technical teams to validate the feasibility of proposed Zoho solutions.

• Stay updated on current Zoho features, applications, integrations, and product updates.

• Conduct basic competitor and market research to support sales prospects.
