Job Summary
We are seeking a mid-level IT Analyst with hands-on experience supporting and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Vendavo CPQ applications. This role will partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design and implement system enhancements, and provide ongoing production support to ensure the platforms effectively serve sales, pricing, and customer engagement operations. The ideal candidate is a robust problem-solver who can bridge technical implementation with business process needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze,



and document business requirements from Sales, Pricing, and Customer Operations teams for enhancements to Microsoft CE and Vendavo CPQ
• Design, configure, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service modules) and Vendavo CPQ to meet evolving business needs
• Provide day-to-day production support, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of issues impacting business users
• Perform configuration, customization, workflow automation, and integration tasks across CE and CPQ platforms
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and support runbooks
• Participate in testing activities (unit, system, and user acceptance testing) for current features, patches, and releases
• Assist in change management activities including release planning, deployment coordination, and post-implementation support
