At JLL, we are committed to shaping the future of real estate for a better world. We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Senior Facility Manager to lead integrated facilities management operations for a premier Client account in Chennai.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence across a large corporate workplace workplace, ensuring seamless execution of engineering services, workplace operations, housekeeping, security,
transport, vendor management, and statutory compliance. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the client, driving service excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
As a leader, you will oversee multidisciplinary teams and service partners, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, collaboration, and high performance. This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance day-to-day operations with long-term workplace enhancement initiatives, ensuring an exceptional employee and client experience.
