Job Description – Senior Manager – FinishingLocation: Pune
Department: Projects / Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•
Lead and manage finishing activities across the project, ensuring quality and timely execution.

•
Supervise works including flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, doors, façade, waterproofing, and other finishing works.

•
Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and ensure execution as per approved standards.

•
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and MEP teams for smooth execution.

•
Monitor project progress, quality, manpower, and material requirements.

•
Conduct inspections and ensure timely closure of snags and defects.

•




Manage contractors and vendors, including work allocation, measurements, and bill certification.

•
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, timelines, and project specifications.

Qualification & Experience

•
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

•
10–15 years of relevant experience in finishing works, preferably in commercial/IT Park or large-scale projects.

•
Robust knowledge of finishing execution, quality control, contractor management, and site coordination.
