As an Advertising Account Manager on our Enterprise Account Management team in our Gurugram office, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving successful performance marketing campaigns for Tier 1 brand and agency clients. Based in our Gurgaon office, you’ll manage a dynamic book of business, build long-term strategic relationships, and deliver data-driven solutions that exceed client expectations. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad-tech, performance marketing, or account management, with strong analytical, commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of advertiser accounts,



building strong relationships with clients and agency partners to drive long-term business growth and retention.

• Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling prospects to increase advertiser investment, revenue, and wallet share.

• Develop strategic account plans aligned with client business objectives, campaign performance goals, and revenue targets.

• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across native advertising platforms such as Taboola and Outbrain, as well as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms.

• Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and improve campaign outcomes.

• Conduct regular business reviews with advertisers and agencies, presenting performance insights, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities.

• Troubleshoot campaign delivery, tracking, attribution, and reporting issues in collaboration with internal technical and product teams, ensuring timely resolution.
