An prospect to join the HR Management Information team, providing high-quality reporting, analytics and decision-support to HR Business Partners and business stakeholders across the UK firm.

The successful candidate will partner with HRBP teams, People Analytics and other areas of the People Function to deliver accurate recurring and ad hoc management information. The role requires the ability to understand business requirements, analyse HR data, identify meaningful insights and present findings clearly to stakeholders.

The role will be aligned to a designated business capability, enabling the successful candidate to build a solid understanding of its workforce priorities, reporting requirements and key people metrics.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
•Deliver accurate and timely recurring and ad hoc HR MI reports, dashboards and data packs.
•Partner with HR Business Partners to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful analytical outputs.
•Analyse workforce data to identify trends, risks, exceptions and actionable insights.




•Produce transparent executive summaries and commentary that explain key movements and business implications.
•Perform appropriate data validation and quality checks to ensure the completeness, accuracy and consistency of deliverables.
•Collaborate with People Analytics and other People Function teams to maintain consistent definitions, metrics and reporting standards.
•Support annual, year-end and other cyclical HR processes through timely MI and analytical support.
•Contribute to the enhancement and automation of HR MI products using Excel, Power BI and relevant Power Platform tools.
•Maintain appropriate reporting documentation, process notes and data controls.
•Manage stakeholder queries and communicate delivery status, dependencies and data limitations effectively.
