Job Summary
Gold Coins Club & Resort is seeking an energetic, skilled, and passionate Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) to join our growing culinary team. Spanning across 10 acres, our resort caters to high-volume corporate outings, weddings, private parties, and fine-dining guests. The DCDP will be responsible for managing specific kitchen stations (Continental, Indian, or Chinese/Pan-Asian), ensuring excellent food quality, and supporting the Chef de Partie (CDP) and Sous Chef in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Station Management: Manage the daily mise en place and food preparation for your designated kitchen station.
Quality Control: Cook and present high-quality dishes according to the resort's standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
High Volume Catering: Efficiently handle buffet preparation, ala carte orders, and large banquet menus for corporate groups and weddings.
Staff Supervision: Assist in managing, guiding, and training Commis chefs and kitchen helpers.
Inventory & Control: Monitor ingredient stock levels, minimize wastage, and report shortages to the senior chef.
Hygiene & Safety:



Maintain strict compliance with food safety, kitchen hygiene (HACCP), and workplace sanitization policies.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven kitchen experience in a 3-star resort, premium hotel, or high-volume commercial kitchen.
Education: Hotel Management degree, Diploma in Culinary Arts, or equivalent vocational food production training is preferred.
Skills: Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, knife skills, portion control, and kitchen safety practices.
Core Competencies: Ability to work well under pressure during peak resort hours, excellent team player, and adaptability.
