Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career prospects, and training programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Explain course curriculum, fees, schedules, placement assistance, and career prospects.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and maintain lead status in the CRM.
Coordinate with the academic, finance, and placement teams for a smooth admission process.
Assist students with registration, documentation, and fee collection.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, admissions, and daily reports.
Ensure high levels of student satisfaction through timely communication and support.
Confident and Positive in Communication skills only need to apply
Qualification :- Degree or 3 year diploma
Experience :- Minimum 3 months exp in same role
Work Time : 10 AM - 6 PM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
