Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Assessment: Assess patient needs, record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, BP), and formulate daily nursing care plans.
Clinical Procedures: Administer oral and intravenous medications, injections, IV fluids, and perform wound dressings or catheterizations as prescribed.
Monitoring & Documentation: Track patient progress, report sudden symptom changes, and maintain meticulous medical records.
Patient Support: Educate patients and families on post-discharge care, medication schedules, and offer emotional reassurance.
Ward Management: Hand over/take over shift duties bed-to-bed, check emergency crush carts/oxygen supplies, and maintain a clean, protected ward environment. [1, 2]

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: B.Sc.



Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing, or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) diploma.
Licensure: Valid registration with the State Nursing Council or Indian Nursing Council (INC).
Certifications: Active BLS (Basic Life Support) / CPR certification.
Experience: Fresher or 1+ years of clinical experience in a recognized hospital or healthcare setting. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
