Job Description

The Talent Management & Learning Operations Specialist ensures the smooth execution of global Talent Management and Learning processes while driving continuous improvement through digitalization, automation and AI-enabled ways of working. The role acts as the key operational expert for systems, tools, learning administration and process governance within the TMOD&Learning; Team.
