We are looking for a Quality Engineer (Fresher) who is eager to learn and support quality assurance and quality control activities in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will assist in inspections, documentation, and implementation of quality standards to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in incoming, in-process, and final inspection of components
Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications
Use measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, etc.
Maintain inspection records, reports, and quality documents
Support implementation of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / AS9100 procedures
Help in identifying defects and supporting root cause analysis
Coordinate with production teams to ensure quality compliance
Assist in handling customer complaints and corrective actions
Support internal audits and continuous improvement activities
Follow safety and quality standards on the shop floor
Required Qualifications:
BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
Basic knowledge of Quality Control & Quality Assurance
Understanding of manufacturing processes (CNC, VMC, machining, etc.)
Basic knowledge of inspection tools and gauges
Willingness to learn and work on the shop floor
