Supervise nursing students during their clinical placements, ensuring they meet academic and qualified standards.
Teach nursing courses, including lectures, seminars, and hands-on clinical demonstrations.
Evaluate students’ clinical skills and progress, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
Participate in the clinical setting (e.g., hospital, clinic) to maintain current hands-on nursing skills and knowledge.
Act as a role model for best clinical practice, demonstrating proper techniques and care practices.
Guide students through various clinical procedures, assisting them in developing competency in nursing tasks.
Qualifications:
Education:




BSc in Nursing or MSc in Nursing (with specialization preferred).
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, clinic, or similar).
Skills:
Robust clinical skills and knowledge.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess and evaluate student performance.
Experience in curriculum development and academic teaching.
Ability to motivate and support students.
