Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
Explain company services to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and answer basic queries.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain and update lead and customer details.
Schedule meetings or calls with interested clients.
Assist the sales/BDM team in converting leads into clients.
Maintain daily call and follow-up reports.
Achieve assigned daily calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking on phone calls.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Hindi and basic English communication skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
