About the Role
At Noise, outstanding products are only half the story. The other half is how we show up for the people who use them. As a Customer Experience Executive for the Noise REP Band, you'll be the face and voice of Noise for customers who need technical help with their fitness tracker. Whether it's a pairing issue, a sync failure, or a question about SpO2 accuracy, you'll resolve it clearly and empathetically across calls, chat, and email, and turn a frustrating moment into a reason to trust the brand.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound queries and complaints (calls, chat, email, IVR escalations), with a technical focus.
Troubleshoot hardware (charging, defects, straps), app (pairing, sync, connectivity), and health tracking (sleep, heart rate, SpO2) issues.
Explain technical fixes in straightforward, empathetic language.
Follow troubleshooting playbooks; escalate to Hardware, App, or Health Tracking owners when needed.




Log and categorize every ticket accurately to support trend reporting.
Follow up with customers until closure.
Flag recurring issues (firmware bugs, pairing failures, sensor gaps) to analytics and product teams.
Meet CSAT, TAT, FRT, and resolution-rate targets.
Ensure smooth IVR/bot-to-live-agent handovers.

Requirements
Fluent English and Hindi (verbal and written).
Technical aptitude for Bluetooth/app connectivity, wearables, and sensor-based tracking
Patience and active listening with frustrated or first-time users.
Structured problem-solving; calm under high ticket volumes (especially launches).
Comfort with ticketing/CRM tools and basic Excel/dashboards.
Attention to detail; team-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
