Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers visiting the Hyundai showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Hyundai models.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers, finance and exchange options.
Generate leads through showroom visits, calls, digital enquiries and personal references.
Conduct test drives and effectively communicate product benefits.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings and sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Maintain robust customer relationships throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Exchange and Service teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM/DMS.
Stay updated on Hyundai products, features, offers and competitor activities.

Candidate Profile:
Degree/Diploma preferred.




Freshers and candidates with 1 year of sales experience are preferred.
Automobile/automotive sales experience will be an added advantage.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Solid convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
