Admission Manager – Durgapur

Location: Durgapur, West Bengal
Experience: 5–10 Years
Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month + Incentives
Travel: Local travel required - transport claims as per actual bills.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Admission Manager with strong knowledge of the Durgapur market and surrounding areas (50–100 km radius). The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of handling CBSE school admissions from Standard 1 to Standard 12 and solid local outreach and networking capabilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong preference for candidates from CBSE schools who have handled admissions for Class 1–12.
Candidates from reputed coaching/education brands such as Aakash, ALLEN, Physics Wallah (PW), or similar national brands may also be considered.
Senior Counsellor / Admission Counsellor experience is preferred.
Robust understanding of the Durgapur education market and surrounding 50–100 km region.
Minimum 5–10 years of overall experience, preferably with 3–5+ years of stability with a single education brand/organisation.
Strong marketing personality, commercial understanding, communication skills and high learning ability/IQ.




Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets and other basic digital tools.
Solid relationship-building, networking and social engagement skills.
Valid Driving License and own vehicle are preferred/required due to extensive local outreach.
Candidates demonstrating loyalty, stability and long-term association with previous organizations will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert online/digital admission leads.
Drive offline outreach activities, particularly during the off-season.
Build relationships with schools, societies, communities and other educational stakeholders.
Participate in and organize education fairs, competitions, school/community engagement programme and other outreach initiatives.
Develop strong local networks to generate admission opportunities.
Represent and promote the brand professionally across the Durgapur market.
Maintain proper lead, outreach and admission-related data and reports.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
