Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman (Civil) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting sketches, concepts, and ideas from our architectural and engineering teams into accurate, high-quality 2D blueprints, structural layouts, and working construction drawings.

Key Responsibilities
2D Drawing : Prepare detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, structural working drawings, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) layouts using AutoCAD.
Revision & Modification: Update and modify existing engineering drawings based on site requirements, changes requested by client/management, or instructions from the site engineer.
Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure all drafts strictly comply with local building regulations, Kerala Municipality/Panchayat building rules, and established company standards.
Documentation & Archiving:



Maintain a systematic digital filing system for all drawing revisions, blueprints, and project documentation for quick reference.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: ITI Draughtsman (Civil), Diploma in Civil Engineering, or certified course in Architectural Drafting.
Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience as a Draughtsman, specifically working on residential villas, commercial structures, or apartment projects in Kerala.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Basic knowledge of 3D modeling software (like Revit, SketchUp, or 3ds Max) is a major advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
