We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, follow up with customers, and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and requirements.
Generate and maintain customer leads through calls.
Understand customer requirements and share them with the concerned sales team.
Maintain daily call records and update follow-up status.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide the required information.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups.

Skills & Requirements
Positive communication skills in Tamil.
Basic English communication is preferred.
Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive follow-up and convincing skills.
Freshers can also apply.
Prior telecalling/sales experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
