The candidate will be responsible for plant commissioning, PUF/PIR production, production ramp-up, quality, maintenance, cost control, manpower and overall plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead complete plant operations including Production, PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Dispatch & EHS.
Manage commissioning, trial production and stabilization of continuous PUF/PIR sandwich-panel lines.
Drive production, OEE, productivity, yield, line utilization and cost efficiency.
Ensure consistent quality of PUF/PIR/Rockwool sandwich panels.
Develop and implement SOPs, process standards, maintenance systems and quality procedures.
Lead manpower recruitment, training, performance management and shop-floor discipline.
Drive RCA, CAPA, 5S,



safety and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchase and Management for production planning, inventory and customer commitments.
Prepare and present plant MIS and KPIs to management.
Ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards, QMS procedures, documentation, internal audits and corrective actions.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
