Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: 10th/12th/Any Graduate or equivalent
Key Responsibilities
Operate HP and Flex Printing Machines as per production requirements.
Prepare and check print files, dimensions, colours, and media settings.
Printer Software awareness for printing commands.
Ensure accurate, high-quality printing with minimum wastage.
Monitor ink levels, print quality, alignment, and machine performance.
Handle flex, vinyl, and other printing media properly.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Identify and troubleshoot basic printing/machine-related issues.
Maintain production records and ensure timely completion of jobs.
Coordinate with the Design, Production, and Finishing teams.
Follow company quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in HP & Flex printing machines.
Knowledge of printing materials, inks, colours, and print settings.
Basic computer and printing software knowledge.
Positive attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work as per production targets and timelines.
