Proficient in measuring, cutting, and shaping wood and other materials
Experience with furniture making, modular fittings, or site work
Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings
Valuable with hand tools and power tools (drill, jigsaw, sander, etc.)
Knowledge of plywood, laminates, veneers, and carpentry hardware
Finishing skills – edge banding, polish, fittings, etc.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Basic understanding of safety practices
