Job Description

Narayana School, Electronic City , is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective parents and enquiries regarding school admissions.
Explain the school’s academic programs, facilities, admission process, and other relevant information to parents.
Follow up with prospective parents through calls and maintain regular communication.
Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information in a skilled manner.
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and enquiry status.
Coordinate with the admissions team and support the branch in achieving admission targets.
Build a positive relationship with parents and ensure a valuable enquiry-to-visit conversion.




Handle parent queries professionally and escalate issues whenever required.

Candidate Profile
Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome to apply.
Candidates with prior experience in telecalling, counselling, admissions, customer service, or a similar role will have an added advantage.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, polite, and professional while interacting with parents.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
Target-oriented and willing to follow up consistently.
Candidates residing in or around Electronic City are preferred.
Candidates located in Electronic City only are preferred for this position.

Salary

₹20,000+ per month, depending on the candidate's profile and experience.
