Team/Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Tax Operations Analyst to join our Europe Wealth Client Tax Operations team in Warsaw, Poland. Citi Wealth offers unmatched global reach, coupled with a full range of portfolio management and investment advisory services, an array of structured lending and banking services, as well as expertise from Citi's Markets and Banking division.
This role is critical for maintaining and advancing client tax operations in Europe cluster withholding Taxes & Custody services such as tax reclaims, Relief at source within Poland. The successful candidate will conduct in-depth analysis of complex global client booking models,
security services, perform reconciliations, identify operational risks, and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
Citi Wealth Client Tax Operations Senior Analyst is an individual contributor role responsible for
ensuring complete, accurate and timely payments & tax form filing to local tax authorities.
This position also requires interaction with Business Management, Business Risk & Control, Legal and Compliance teams, and external stakeholders, making it essential to have a seasoned skilled in this role.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including the preparation of account reconciliations for revenues and VAT/GST tax accounts for all legal vehicles within Citi Wealth International clusters
• Prepare non-US tax reports covering multiple jurisdictions and products, including quarterly reconciliations and Swiss withholding taxes (e.g., Swiss FTT Form
