Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Commis 2 – Indian & Chinese to join our kitchen team. s.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Indian and Chinese dishes according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Ensure proper portion control and minimize food wastage.
Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation of food.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before use.
Properly store food items.
Keep workstations, cooking equipment, and kitchen areas clean and organized.
Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies when required.
Follow instructions from senior chefs and work effectively as part of the kitchen team.
Support buffet, banquet, and other food-service requirements as needed.
Report any equipment problems,



food-quality issues, or shortages to the supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, resort, or similar hospitality workplace is preferred.
Basic to positive knowledge of Indian and Chinese cuisine.
Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, spices, sauces, and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
Willingness to work versatile shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Hospitality or culinary qualification is an advantage.

Experience

2–3 years of relevant experience in Indian and Chinese cuisine is preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
