Veronica Hair Replacement is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage our branch operations, sales team, customer relationships, and overall branch performance.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales, team management, customer handling, and leadership skills and should be comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day branch operations efficiently.
Lead, manage, and motivate the branch sales/team members.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Handle customer enquiries, consultations, and follow-ups.
Convert leads into appointments and sales.
Maintain solid relationships with existing and current customers.
Monitor lead follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Maintain branch records, sales reports, and daily performance reports.
Coordinate with the management team regarding branch performance and requirements.




Train team members and improve their sales and customer-handling skills.
Ensure proper presentation, discipline, and professional standards at the branch.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Branch Management, Sales Management, Store Management, or Business Development.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable leadership and team-management abilities.
Target-oriented and motivated personality.
Experience in handling customers and closing sales.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
Candidates with experience in hair replacement, hair systems, salon, beauty, wellness, healthcare, retail, or similar customer-facing industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
