Position: Multi-Skilled Technician

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Ensure smooth functioning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
Attend guest complaints related to maintenance and resolve them promptly.
Monitor and maintain DG sets, pumps, water treatment systems, and electrical panels.
Perform routine inspections to identify and rectify faults.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors during repair and maintenance work.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, fire safety norms, and hotel engineering procedures.




Support energy conservation initiatives and cost-control measures.

Requirements:
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in hotel engineering or facility maintenance.
Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, generators, and basic carpentry work.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency maintenance requirements.

Preferred Candidate:
Experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, or luxury properties.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Candidates from Rishikesh, Dehradun, Haridwar, or nearby locations are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹12,577.31 - ₹20,000.00 per month
