About the Role:

OPI Group Global Private Limited is urgently seeking a agile, senior, and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 to 10 years of hands-on financial leadership experience specifically. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in pharma accounting, regulatory compliances, batch-wise costing, and comprehensive financial management tailored to pharma manufacturing, trading, or distribution models.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Operations:

Lead end-to-end accounting operations, Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements, and Balance Sheet finalization specifically designed for a pharma business structure.

Statutory & Industry Compliance:

Ensure 100% compliance with GST (specifically on formulations and APIs), TDS, Income Tax, and other relevant regulatory frameworks for the pharma sector.

Costing & Pricing Analysis:

Manage complex batch-wise costing, manufacturing cost structures,



and product margin analyses.

Inventory & Stock Management:

Oversee routine stock audits, warehouse stock reconciliations, expired/damaged stock accounting, and third-party manufacturing (loan license) accounts.

AR/AP & Credit Control:

Efficiently manage accounts receivable for distributors, C&F; agents, and stockists, alongside vendor payments for raw materials.

Audits & Leadership:

Coordinate seamless internal and statutory audits, manage banking/financial liaisoning, and lead the corporate finance and accounts team.

Mandatory Requirements & Skills:

Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory ICAI member).

Experience: 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience working strictly in a Pharma Manufacturing, Pharma Trading, or Pharma Distribution firm.

Technical Proficiency: Expert-level command over Tally Prime / ERP, SAP (Pharma modules preferred), and Advanced MS Excel.

Core Competencies: Solid leadership capabilities, strategic financial planning, and robust credit control management in the pharma supply chain.
