About the Role

We are looking
for a results-driven E-Commerce Growth Manager to take ownership of our B2C
online business and drive revenue, customer acquisition, website performance,
and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Own B2C
e-commerce sales and revenue growth.

• Develop and
execute strategies to increase website traffic, conversions, AOV, and
repeat purchases.

• Manage and
optimise Google, Meta, and other performance marketing campaigns.

• Monitor ROAS,
CAC, conversion rate, AOV, revenue, and customer acquisition.

• Analyse website,
product, and customer data to identify growth opportunities.

• Improve product
listings, landing pages, offers, bundles, and the overall customer
journey.

• Plan and execute
seasonal and gifting campaigns such as Diwali, Christmas, Valentine's Day,
Rakhi, etc.

• Drive customer
retention through remarketing, WhatsApp, email, offers, and




repeat-purchase initiatives.

• Coordinate with
the design, marketing, operations, inventory, fulfilment, and customer
service teams.

• Monitor
product/category performance and recommend new products or collections
based on customer demand.

• Prepare regular
e-commerce performance reports and provide actionable insights to
management.
