Job Description

Luminarch Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Planning Engineer – Civil to handle project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and coordination to support timely project completion.

Responsibilities
Prepare detailed project schedules and work plans.
Monitor project progress against planned schedules.
Track project milestones and identify delays.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other teams.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Identify potential delays and assist in planning corrective actions.
Update and maintain project schedules regularly.
Provide planning and progress-related reports to management.

Requirements




Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Positive understanding of construction planning and scheduling.
Solid knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of relevant project planning tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
Experienced candidates will be preferred.
