Job Responsibilities: - Lead Recent Product Development for plastic household & kitchenware products.
Handle complete process from product concept, design & prototype to mould development and mass production.
Robust knowledge of Plastic Injection Moulding, Mould/Tool Development & Product Trials.
Handle materials like PP, HDPE, ABS and other engineering plastics.
Coordinate with Design, Tool Room, Production, Quality, Purchase & Vendors.
Review 2D/3D drawings, BOM, product specifications and costing.
Manage T0/T1/T2 trials, DFM/DFA and cost reduction.
Develop vendors for moulds, components and other product requirements.
Ensure smooth transfer of new products from NPD to production.
