ACCOUNTANT – JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Accountant
Department: Accounts & Finance
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 3.5–5+ Years
Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
Maintain and reconcile ledgers and bank accounts.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work.
Prepare monthly accounting, expense, and financial reports.
Verify bills and supporting documents before processing payments.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments.
Assist with audits and provide required accounting documents.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.





Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Experience in bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, billing, and payment processing.
Valuable analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, knowledge, and skills.
