Install, configure, and maintain office IT systems, servers, and networks.
Monitor and manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi
Ensure data backup, recovery systems, and disaster recovery plans are in place.
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
Install, update, and maintain operating systems and office applications.
Manage IT assets including desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
Provide periodic reports on IT infrastructure performance and issues.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Robust knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac operating systems.
Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud platforms.
Understanding of networking protocols
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
