Operations Specialist

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our growing team and support day-to-day business operations, team coordination, customer engagement, and business development activities.

This role is designed for individuals who want to build strong business, communication, leadership, and operational skills while taking on increasing responsibility within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Support daily business and operational activities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Communicate with customers and business partners
Assist with customer acquisition and business growth initiatives
Monitor team performance and support achievement of targets
Participate in training, team development, and leadership activities
Identify opportunities to improve processes and overall performance
