Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Associate to drive lead generation, sales, and customer acquisition. The role involves reaching out to prospective customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable courses or programs, and converting leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up with leads through cold calling, outbound calling, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Connect with prospective students and understand their requirements.
Explain courses, programs, benefits, fees, and admission process.
Convert leads into admissions through effective sales and communication skills.
Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Build and maintain robust relationships with students and parents.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to customer acquisition.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.

Requirements




Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Education Sales, EdTech Sales, Telesales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Target-oriented with a robust focus on lead conversion and revenue generation.
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
Graduation is preferred.
