Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses based on their career goals. The role involves handling enquiries, explaining course details, following up with leads, and supporting students throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
Understand students’ educational background, career goals, and requirements.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, duration, career opportunities, and learning options.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Handle objections and provide suitable solutions to student concerns.
Maintain accurate lead and student information in CRM/software.
Achieve individual and team admission/sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.




Coordinate with internal teams regarding admissions, batches, fees, and student support.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the counselling process.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust counselling and convincing ability.
Sales and lead-conversion skills.
Valuable follow-up and objection-handling skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Malayalam and English communication preferred.

Qualification:
Any Graduation / Diploma. Freshers with robust communication skills can also apply.

Experience:
Freshers or candidates with experience in Academic Counselling, Telecalling, Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development are preferred.
