We’re looking for a detail-oriented Tracking & Tracing Executive to join our Dispatch Operations team and ensure real-time shipment visibility and smooth coordination between drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Track and monitor shipments/trucks throughout the dispatch lifecycle.
Provide timely updates on shipment status, pickup, delivery, delays, and ETA.
Coordinate with drivers, carriers, and operations teams for real-time updates.
Identify and escalate delays, breakdowns, missed appointments, and other exceptions.
Maintain accurate tracking records and update TMS/dispatch systems.
Follow up on PODs, delivery confirmations, check calls, and status updates.
Ensure all dispatch milestones are properly documented.
Communicate proactively with the concerned teams regarding any operational issues.
Prepare daily tracking and dispatch reports.
Maintain a high level of accuracy while handling multiple shipments simultaneously.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in US Logistics / Dispatch / Tracking & Tracing preferred.
Robust communication and follow-up skills.
Valuable knowledge of US trucking and freight operations.
Comfortable working night shifts.
Ability to multitask and work under time-sensitive situations.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and logistics/TMS platforms.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
