Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and improve the day-to-day operations of our sales business. The role involves managing sales operations, monitoring team performance, achieving business targets, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth and productive business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor daily sales operations and business activities.
Set sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly and annual goals.
Monitor sales team performance, productivity, and follow-ups.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Track leads, conversions, customer follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, customer care, finance, and other departments.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Identify operational issues and take corrective actions.
Ensure proper follow-up on pending leads and customer requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business prospects.
Support recruitment, training, and performance management of sales staff.




Establish KPIs and monitor employee performance against targets.
Improve sales processes and reduce operational inefficiencies.
Ensure proper customer service and timely resolution of customer issues.
Control operational costs and improve overall profitability.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance to employees.
Report business performance and key operational issues to senior management.
Implement management decisions and ensure timely execution.

Qualification:
MBA in Marketing / Sales & Marketing preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, operations, or business management.
Robust knowledge of sales management, team handling, and business development.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
