Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Key Skills
Proficiency in NX / Solid Edge for 3D CAD modeling, drafting, and simulation.
Experience in handling customer queries and providing technical software support.
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Valuable understanding of mechanical design principles and engineering practices.
Solid communication and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers using NX/Solid Edge software.
Troubleshoot software-related issues and guide customers on best practices.
Conduct product training and user demonstrations for customers.
Assist customers with software implementation and deployment.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Travel to customer locations as required for support, training, and implementation.
Other Requirements
Willingness to travel to customer locations as per business requirements.
Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
