We are looking for a responsible OPERATIONS MANAGER FOR 21 ROOMS PROPERTY who will be in charge of our reception area٫ acting as our company's ‘face’ and ensuring our visitors are properly welcomed. Your duties will also include coordination of all front desk activities. You should possess a pleasant personality together with a dynamic qualified attitude to supervise and lead our team. You should also be able to deal efficiently with complaints and have a solid customer service approach.
