Job Description: Content Writer – Real Estate

Experience: 1–3 Years

Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
Robust command of English with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and social media content creation.
Experience in real estate, property marketing, or the luxury lifestyle segment will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging content for real estate websites, social media, blogs, brochures, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
Develop compelling property descriptions, project profiles, and promotional content.
Write SEO-friendly blogs, website content, and lead-generation copies.
Create content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, reels, and other digital platforms.
Research real estate trends, competitors,



and target audiences to develop relevant content.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Design, and Sales teams to support campaigns and project promotions.
Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.

Required Skills:
Creative storytelling and persuasive copywriting.
Solid research and content-planning abilities.
Understanding of SEO keywords, content optimization, and digital marketing trends.
Ability to write engaging, audience-focused, and conversion-oriented content.
Valuable communication, time management, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
