Key Responsibilities
Operate injection moulding machines as per standard operating procedures.
Set up and monitor machines for smooth production.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
Identify and report machine malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.
Change moulds and materials as instructed by the production supervisor.
Maintain production records, rejection reports, and shift logs.
Ensure minimum material wastage and optimum machine utilization.
Follow 5S, safety guidelines, and company policies at all times.
Coordinate with the Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
