Job Requirements:
Qualification: Diploma preferred, preferably in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Store / Inventory / Warehouse operations.
Knowledge of Material Inward & Outward processes.
Experience in GRN, stock maintenance and inventory control.
Knowledge of Material Issue / Receipt documentation.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.
Ability to maintain accurate stock records and coordinate with Purchase, Production and other departments.
Positive communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store activities.
Maintain material receipts, issues and stock records.
Prepare and maintain GRN and related documents.
Monitor physical stock and conduct stock verification.
Ensure proper storage and identification of materials.
Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements.
